CourtFit is a fun, inclusive and energetic team, dedicated to delivering high quality park tennis coaching in the South West London area. We are the fastest growing London tennis company and are known for our infectious energy and commitment to having fun on court whilst making tennis accessible to everyone. We now have plans to expand what we offer, as well as adding Padel tennis to our services.

If you’re a Level 1, 2 or 3 tennis coach, who’d love the opportunity to deliver tennis programmes for all ages and abilities across Brook Green, Holland Park, Hurlingham Park and Eel Brook Common, then we want to hear from you!

Job duties and responsibilities

Within a friendly and motivating coaching environment. You will:

Assist or lead group sessions
Develop a personal client base and conduct individual and small group lessons
Be welcoming and enthusiastic to all players and bring fun to the court
Create a positive training environment while developing athletic and tennis skills.

Essential Requirements:

LTA Level 1, 2 or 3 qualification. (Working towards or a relevant alternative is acceptable)
You must be organised, punctual and committed
You must be English speaking with strong verbal communication skills
Can commit to Saturdays and/or Sundays on a weekly basis

Desired Requirements:

Experience in Mini Tennis, teaching children from 3yrs old
Experience working with adults and children from beginner to performance level
Comfortable leading group and private lessons
Previous playing experience
