Whether you’re looking for a group of tennis players to regularly play with, want to try a few sessions before starting a group coaching course or simply just want more time on court each week, these sessions are for you.
Each session is hosted by a CourtFit coach and will focus on different skills each week to help you develop your game.
CourtFit Cardio sessions are available to book weekly at our Holland Park, Brook Green & Eelbrook Common venues.
