Ditch the treadmill and exercise bike — Cardio Tennis is a fun, high-energy way to get your heart pumping. This social, tennis-based fitness session is set to an awesome playlist and delivers a dynamic, full-body workout that keeps you moving, motivated, and smiling throughout.

Each session is designed to build the fitness you need to improve your game, starting with dynamic stretching, skills, and drills to warm up your body and sharpen your focus. You’ll then move into an aerobic workout that boosts your heart rate and endorphins, using engaging exercises and drills to improve mobility and range of movement. Finally, you’ll put your shots into practice, combining forehands, backhands, and serves with a variety of fun, fitness-focused activities — all while enjoying the energy of the group

Booking process

CourtFit Cardio sessions are available to book weekly at our Holland Park and Brook Green venue.

When you click our ‘Book Now’ button, you will be redirected to our ClubSpark booking platform.

To book, you will need to create or Login with an LTA account, which is free. Please follow the instructions and contact us directly if you have any problems.
