CourtFit Padel believes that it is always unacceptable for a child, young person or adult at risk to experience abuse of any kind and acknowledges its duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk. CourtFit Padel is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, the requirements of the governing bodies of lawn tennis, government guidance and complies with best practice from the NSPCC’s Child Protection in Sport Unit. The Club is committed to delivering an enjoyable and safe sporting experience at the Club across all of its activities and venues.

The Club’s Code of Conduct should be interpreted in a spirit of integrity, transparency and common sense, with the best interests of children, young people and adults at risk as the primary consideration.
